Reputable IT Organization in JHB is seeking detail-orientated and highly organised ISO administrator to join thier team.

As an ISO administrator, you will be responsible for managing the organisation's ISO compliance by ensuring all internal processes and procedures meet ISO standards and guidelines.

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing support for HR initiatives and general administrative tasks to help support the smooth operations within the Company.

Together with the support of the HR Manager, you will be required to:

  • Develop, review and maintain the Company's ISO management system and the documentation needed
  • Manage workplace safety, perform quality control inspections, and audit internal and external systems
  • Maintain ISO certification by conducting internal audits and updating ISO documentation
  • Develop and implement procedures to maintain ISO compliance and ensure all employees follow procedures
  • Drive continual improvement, testing, implementation and monitoring of security measures for the Company
  • Provide administrative support, including organising and maintaining records, maintain databases and preparing report
  • Report on key quality metrics related to information security
  • Collaborate with the various departments/ persons to ensure all processes meet ISO standards and assist in problemsolving any noncompliance issues
  • Keep abreast of industry changes and ensure the Company remains compliant with the latest ISO standards
Communicating and updating management on ISO status and progress towards certification/ external audit readiness

  • Support improved security awareness through training
  • Provide support for HR initiatives
  • Assist with other general administrative tasks as required
experience, qualifications and skills

  • 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and certification
  • General administration knowledge

  • NQF level
  • Valid code 8 driver's license and own reliable transport
Stable internet at home

Skills Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
