Educational, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Matric & tertiary qualification (Financial or similar)
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Practical financial experience would be beneficial
  • Customer service experience / skills
  • Knowledge of
    Accpac Accounting essential

Key Performance Areas:
  • Annuity control billing for GTX and VHF radios
  • SIM Card global activation, deactivation, and SIM swap process
  • ICASA Annual license renewals and frequency maintenance
  • Knowledge of Accpac Accounting system essential

Responsibilities:

Annuity Contracts:

  • Ensure VHF and GPRS radios are added/deducted correctly for billing
  • Liaise with existing and new clients and assist where necessary
  • Follow up on customer enquiries regarding billing and provide solutions.
  • VHF billing of monthly and annual feescreate recurring charges in Accpac.
  • GPRS billing of local monthly fees, export monthly fees & biannual billingcreate recurring charges in Accpac.
  • Updating GTX booklet for management.
  • Monitoring of MTN and Vodacom accounts

ICASA:

  • Administration of frequency licenses annual renewals and amendments.
  • Allocation of customer to correct frequency license
  • Deal with ICASA for licensing and billing requirements.

SIM cards-Backup for SIM Activations:

  • Full administration of sim card activations, deactivations & sim swaps.
  • Monitoring of the SIM Activation mailbox.
  • Processing and logging of all factory, customer and service department requests for activation to Vodacom and MTN.
  • Ordering plastic and chip SIMS for Procurement Department.
  • Uploading of all SIM info to RDC Server database.
  • Basic troubleshooting of SIM activation and provisioning errors.
  • Monthly reporting (Base size, Activation and Deactivation reports).
  • GTX connectfull administration of completed forms and login details.

Other:

  • Will be required to provide switchboard relief from time to time.
  • Work beyond normal hours when necessary.
  • Assist with invoicing as a backup to debtors clerk when necessary.
