At Novozymes, as part of the Consumer Bio-solutions team, you will take part in providing game-changing biological solutions that improve industrial processes and everyday products.
In this role you'll make an impact by:
- Focusing on develop our Baking and Food business in East and Southern Africa and focus on cocreating concepts and storylines with a focus on digital tools.
- Ensure all aspects of account management, account planning and market development are in place. Examples include activity plans, account plans and country plans, call reports, etc.
- Deliver enthusiastically towards sales AB by identifying the need/pain then translate this to opportunities and be the lead contact between Novozymes and customers.
Potentially relevant experience:
- Highly motivated and selfdriven individual who can understand the value of networking and enjoy working with others to drive growth and performance.
- Strive to work in an international fastpaced environment with a large degree of responsibility and autonomy.
- Ability to analyze and synthetize the competitive environment and report with the solid facts to drive strategic and tactical responses to the market
- Ability to prepare sales budget, demand plans and account plans
- A Bachelor's degree (preferably commerce/business/analytics/B.Sc.)
- Minimum 5 years sales or business development experience
- This role involves travel up to 50% of your time in the ESA region, occasional out of ESA region travel will also be required. Weekend travel may be required at times.

This job will be located at Woodmead Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa.
