Responsibilities
:
Assist customers with computer usage, printing, and basic troubleshooting. Process transactions accurately and handle cash transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the Internet café. Communicate promotions or relevant information to customers.
Monitor security and report any concerns.

  • Basic computer literacy is required.
  • Deal with customers on daily basis answer phone calls and transfer to a relevant person or take notes.
  • Keep office space clean and healthy.
  • Buy office materials and kitchen materials.
  • Report issues to the operations manager.
Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. (Microsoft Office) Ability to handle cash transactions.

Pay:
From R3 500,00 per month
