The RoleOur client is seeking an exceptional Senior Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee and drive the successful completion of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Your expertise will be critical in managing all aspects of project execution, from planning and coordination to risk management and stakeholder communication.

Your expertise will be critical in managing all aspects of project execution, from planning and coordination to risk management and stakeholder communication.


Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

Execution:
Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks

Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies

Problem-Solving:
Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track

Reporting:
Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability

What We're Looking ForExperience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on complex and large-scale projects

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are highly desirable.

Skills:
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
