Job Description:

Onsite and Remote end user support for all desktop devices for the staff situated at remote sitesAbility to be a primary resource for IT projects at the siteBe required to travel to remote sites to support users or complete projectsFirst line support for telephony services and smartphonesPreparation and installation of end user devices such as desktops, notebooks and head setsLogging of all incidents and request on behalf of staff and managementSingle point of contact for the staff for any IT related issues, escalations or IT related consultingSkilled in the understanding applications within the environment, NetworkingInfrastructure management, Server management (MS Server 2016/SQL Server), Domain Management (DC and G Suite), Firewall Administration and IT Procurement, Multi level backupsQualifications:Minimum qualification, MatricN+ / A+ / MCSE Advantageous- 4 years experience in a IT technician / Administrator roleInstall and Maintain networksPrevious experience in the retail / FMCG industries (adv)Strong Admin backgroundExceptional problem-solving skill.

Thorough, precise and accurate.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Proficient in systems, especially in Excel / Sheets.
