Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive RFQs
  • Quotations for pulleys and idlers
  • Follow up on quotations
  • Receive and process orders
  • Loading data onto Sage
  • Issuing orders to the production team
  • Expediting of orders and coordination with production team on due dates
  • Customer Portal management: Coupa/Ariba etc liaising
Qualifications / Skills
  • Matric as minimum – preferably a TVET or Technicon qualification
  • Good manner and skill on telephone and email
  • Ability to sell and service clients
  • Computer skills – especially MS Excel and Outlook
  • Some technical / mechanical skill or experience preferred.
  • Experience on SAGE or Syspro preferred
