We’re seeking a knowledgeable professional with a background in steel, particularly experienced with products like IBR sheets, Chromadek, and beyond to join our client’s team.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales within the steel industry, with a deep understanding of products such as IBR sheets and Chromadek, at least 3 years.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and autonomy.
- Strong supervisory skills
- Experience on SAGE

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Actively seek out and engage prospective customers, showcasing steel products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion and increased revenue.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on opportunities.
- Open and close the business (key holder)
