Actuarial Analyst: Rewards

Minimum Qualification Required
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, or related field
Minimum Experience
2 years actuarial experience in short term insurance. Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Use actuarial techniques and models to investigate, design and develop appropriate reward initiatives that meet MiWay's business requirements.
- Assist in the development of new initiatives and products that are powered by telematics technologies.
- Assist in the design and implementation of processes and systems supporting all MiWay's rewards initiatives.
- Create and maintain reports that track the effectiveness of the reward initiatives and products over time.
- Create and maintain relationships with relevant internal stakeholders and external providers related to rewards. Competencies Required
- Excited by new challenges
- Can envision and engineer solutions from scratch.
- Keen to explore Big Data and extract value from it.
- Confidence and good communication with nonactuarial audience.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Competency in the Python programming languages will be advantageous.
- Agile and willing to change priorities as business requirements change.
- Able to work alone and manage own time and also work in a team.
