Site Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations
  • Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
  • Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees
  • Conduct staff performance reviews
  • Maintain and adhere to departmental budget
  • Approve project plans
  • Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner

  • Review all project plans before submitting to management
  • Answer inquiries from clients based on Projects

  • Ensure and maintain fleet availability

work with customer groups to ensure all service needs are met

  • Act as liaison for internal and external communications directly with
