Our Transport Partners (TP's) are an integral piece in the services AnyVan are able to facilitate.

Our Supply team are responsible for making sure we attract high quality transport Partners, our service delivery to customers through our TP's is world class, and that we reduce churn of our TP's across all AnyVan work categories through providing them a great experience too.


This role is a good blend of delivering in the role and leading a small team to out perform against objectives and KPI's to ensure our supply chain is solid, we support maximum coverage of jobs for customers and clients and ultimately help drive revenue and growth opportunities.


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage continuous pipelines of TP's; build trust based relationships, support and guide them through the early stages of working with AnyVan to set them up for a successful partnership.
  • Drive retention and growth among our TP's by understanding their needs and helping them understand AnyVan processes and solutions that meet them
  • Work to agreed targets that focus on both numbers and behaviours (high levels of customer service, etc)
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on performance and metrics to manager
  • Build a network of key stakeholders across AnyVan and collaborate with other internal departments to ensure TP's are onboarded and transitioned successfully
  • Key Stakeholders; TP Success, Allocations. Driver Support
  • Act as an escalation point for the team to support the quick resolution of more complex queries for our clients/TP's/customers

Team Leadership:

  • Support TP supply activities and effectively assess, select and preboard new TP's to set them up for success and manage the ongoing relationship with them
  • Lead from the front and role model high performance in the role, behaviours and skills required and engage the team effectively on a day to day basis to deliver individual/team objectives and KPI's
  • Deliver effective coaching/development to stretch and develop the team to achieve individual KPI's and personal growth
  • Conduct regular 1:1's to monitor performance against delivery of targets and highlight any consistent over/under performance to the department manager
  • Support the effective resolution of any people issues on the team, minimising business risk
  • Clearly communicate and embed any changes in process or policy effectively

Skills and experience we think you'll need to be successful in the role:

  • Experience in a contact centre environment or working in transport/logistics, interacting with drivers
  • Previous team leader experience or participated in formal leadership development training to be ready to step into a Team Leader role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working to and achieving targets
  • Driven to provide world class stakeholder experiences
  • Advanced excel skills and the ability to produce accurate and effective insights and reporting to help drive decisions
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Selfmotivated, resilient and not fazed by change
  • The ability to develop, high quality, trustbased working relationships and guide TP's through processes to achieve the best results for the business
