What you'll be doing:

  • Develop recruitment attraction campaigns for a wide range of roles to promote AnyVan as a great place to work and ensure, creating effective sourcing strategies that are aligned with our employer value proposition (EVP)
  • Create robust talent pipelines using both our recruitment platform, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels
  • Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the talent attraction process
  • Work collaboratively with all members of HR team to foster creativity, best practice and consistency to successfully contribute to the delivery of the wider people team strategy
  • Establish strong relationships with the marketing and communications to ensure a cohesive approach that's reflected in our EVP
  • Develop a deep understanding of AnyVan business and strategies and keep up to date with external market intelligence and industry trends
  • Provide analytics, insights and campaign case studies to make robust people and business decisions

Skills and experience we think you'll need to be successful in the role:

  • Solid experience in managing volume hires and operations/call centre recruitment
  • Success managing end to end recruitment campaigns to effectively fill hiring needs
  • Direct sourcing and interviewing experience
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Selfmotivated, resilient and not fazed by change
  • Takes a methodical and organised approach to work
  • The ability to develop, high quality, trustbased working relationships and guide stakeholders through processes to achieve the best results for the business
  • Believe in the power of data and insights to help drive decisions
