We are looking for a Digital Projects & Account Manager to support our Client Services Director with various client accounts.

One of the key responsibilities will be to manage, grow and develop our digital offering. This position will provide a strong platform to understand our processes, our client base and our team.

You will be responsible for the full life-cycle management of our digital offering, from design and conception through to the development and delivery of corporate websites and digital products.

You will utilise agile project management methodology to achieve these aims.

On a daily basis, you will be tasked with working with technical partners and suppliers, partnering with strategists, our creative director, our digital designer and developers - you are the person that makes it happen.

Further to this, you will be required to support the Client Services Director and other members of the team on a project basis.

Some projects include integrated brand development, various reports, presentations and film/animation. These projects tends to have some form of digital engagement and therefore your involvement will be critical.


The above position will be a great opportunity to develop a in-depth understanding of the business and our client portfolio which will be integral in developing your position within the organisation.

Further to the day-to-day duties we're looking for someone with great leadership and communication skills to promote the Invicomm culture to lead and build a positive working environment.

As a senior member of the team in South Africa we want someone that is a strong leader and comfortable in managing the needs of the office, organise social gatherings and support on developing and growing the team along with our business priorities.


Being a key member in project delivery and team development, you will have the opportunity to engage with executive teams and senior management of small to large companies across South Africa, Europe the UK and beyond.

You will be able to hold conversations on this level and be able to effectively deal with challenges providing strategic and practical solutions to clients and ensure implementation across the team.


Main responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for clients on digital management matters
  • Provide endtoend project management on the build and development of new websites
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Suggest and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Optimise web content to increase traffic and improve SEO
  • Present social media strategies to clients
  • Deliver social media strategies and act as Community Manager for selected clients
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
  • Stay uptodate with digital technology trends

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Digital project manager using agile methodology to deliver new websites
  • Hands on experience with project management software, ideally Asana, Jira or similar
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (WordPress, WebFlow, Shopify) and HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM with hands on experience
  • Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
  • Knowledge of Design software such as Adobe XD and Figma
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Marketing or relevant field would be desirable
