Waiter and Barman

The Barman plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests in the hotel restaurant's bar area.

The primary responsibility of the Barman is to prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages promptly and with a friendly demeanor.

Additionally, the Barman will ensure that the bar area is well-stocked, maintained, and adheres to all health and safety standards.

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and soft drinks.
• Interact with guests to take orders, suggest drink options, and ensure exceptional customer service.

• Always maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Restock bar supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
• Ensure all glassware, utensils, and bar equipment are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Follow standard recipes and preparation techniques to deliver consistent and highquality beverages.

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering personalized service and anticipating their needs.
• Provide information about the bar menu, including specials and promotions.

• Stay updated on the latest beverage trends, new products, and industry innovations.
• Comply with all liquor licensing regulations and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the bar area.

• Work cooperatively with the Food and Beverage team, assisting colleagues when needed.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
