Who we're looking for


We are looking for a smart and dynamic individual to join our Operations team to be one of our next superstars.

You will be someone who enjoys working in a small, collegiate team and thrives on detail.

You will be an integral part of our Deal Execution team which conducts the smooth completion of all the deals we invest in from the moment our Investment Committee chooses to invest in a deal.

You are responsible for the flow of tens of millions of dollars.


You are likely to be someone that enjoys lots of early responsibility, you have an eye for detail, and you aren't afraid of questioning existing ways of doing things.


What you'll be doing

  • Managing the progress of investments that we make from start to finish or any point in between
  • Getting into detailed spreadsheets and solving interesting problems
  • Working handinglove with our Investor Relations team to supply accurate information to investors for queries they have with regard to their investments and their account
  • Ensuring compliance with our regulatory duties
  • Of course, full training is given the main thing we look for is a detailoriented mindset and structured thinking
