Function of the Role

Duties

  • Database maintenance and management
  • Adhoc outbound telesales calls
  • Assist Hotels & Members with voucher redemption queries
  • Assist Members visiting Regional Office
  • Monitor and manage suspended member records between hotels and OCIS system
  • Dispatch Prokard collateral to hotels
  • Adhoc Prokard Operational Tasks

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • A recognized Hospitality qualification would be advantageous
  • At least 1 2 years Call Centre experience within a Hotel environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working Knowledge in Opera PMS
  • English and Afrikaans speaking with a 3rd language advantageous
