Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Secretarial / Personal Assistant Diploma (advantageous)
- Fluent in English, with Xhosa and/or Afrikaans being advantageous
- Strong Secretarial / Administration experience
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent language and grammar skills
Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Typing and formatting all relevant correspondence and other documentation in MS Word
- Creating and updating relevant spreadsheets in MS Excel
- Designing and formatting of presentations on MS PowerPoint
- Managing and maintaining an efficient filing system
- Dealing with telephonic enquires for managers
- Travel arrangements
- Ordering and receipting of invoices
- Setting up of meetings and all associated arrangements
- Interfacing professionally with internal and external customers
- Assist in arranging functions and conferences
- Access, maintain and distribute various types of technical and staff data including reports, letters, mailing lists and memoranda
