Sintesi del ruolo: leader di un team di rappresentanti di zona per la distribuzione in una sottoregione. È responsabile delle attività di vendita associate dei singoli individui all'interno della sottoregione. Fornisce supporto alle vendite per il portafoglio di prodotti e servizi assegnato. Responsabile delle strategie di vendita, della pianificazione degli account, delle previsioni e della crescita delle prenotazioni associate al portafoglio di prodotti e servizi Flowserve all'interno della sottoregione.

Responsabilità e requisiti:

- Tradurre la visione di Flowserve in strategie attuabili con obiettivi e risultati chiari per la vostra organizzazione
- Sviluppare relazioni di lavoro in tutta l'organizzazione dei partner basate sulla fiducia
- Collegamento tra i distributori e la direzione vendite di Flowserve per coordinare la copertura, le decisioni sul canale e le strategie FLS
- Assicurarsi che i partner si impegnino al massimo e che eseguano i prodotti, i programmi e le relazioni nel territorio assegnato attraverso una valutazione continua e una valutazione delle prestazioni utilizzando il processo del Distributor Sales Plan e assicurando lo sviluppo di strategie specifiche per raggiungere gli obiettivi di crescita
- Collaborare con i responsabili dello sviluppo commerciale per quanto riguarda le strategie, le opportunità e le idee di sviluppo e/o acquisizione dei prodotti
- Assicurarsi che i team interagiscano in modo costruttivo tra di loro e che collaborino per massimizzare le opportunità di guadagno, aspirando a fornire proposte di valore migliori ai nostri distributori e utenti finali
- Assicurarsi che tutti i sistemi di gestione delle quotazioni siano costantemente aggiornati e fornire in modo proattivo stime di previsione tempestive
- Identificare le opportunità e i rischi principali legati alle previsioni
- Sviluppare i talenti della leadership; creare un'atmosfera in cui la formazione e l'addestramento continui siano la norma; trattenere i collaboratori più performanti
- Eseguire la missione del team in modo completo ed efficace, responsabilizzando tutti i collaboratori per le loro responsabilità
- Utilizzare le metriche chiave come meccanismo principale per monitorare le prestazioni e guidare l'esecuzione efficace
- Sviluppare piani e obiettivi di vendita supportati da previsioni accurate del mercato, delle richieste e delle opportunità disponibili
- Concentrare l'organizzazione sui clienti interni ed esterni per garantire che il team sia visto come reattivo, affidabile, coerente e disponibile nell'offrire soluzioni
- Dare l'esempio per garantire che i dipendenti lavorino come una squadra coesa con un atteggiamento positivo e propositivo
- Trasmettere le informazioni in modo ampio ed efficace per promuovere gli obiettivi del team e dell'azienda, per rafforzare le relazioni e trasferire le conoscenze aziendali attraverso unità e culture diverse
- Analizzare, interpretare e comunicare le tendenze, le condizioni e le attività del mercato tramite un rapporto settimanale sulle attività
- Agire come difensore dei distributori all'interno dell'organizzazione
- Gestire le spese in modo professionale e finanziariamente responsabile
- Sostenere gli obiettivi finanziari chiave, compreso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi annuali di AR, inventario, OTP, controllo delle spese ed eccellenza operativa generale
- Comprendere e promuovere la conformità con tutte le politiche, le procedure e i requisiti legali (ad esempio, SOX, conformità alle esportazioni, sicurezza, termini e condizioni, processi di approvazione delle vendite, bozze degli ordini di vendita, ecc.)

Il vostro profilo:

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, conforme alla legge
- Elevata disponibilità a viaggiare
- Leggere, analizzare e interpretare i documenti più complessi
- Approccio professionale e orientato alla soluzione dei reclami e alla gestione dei conflitti
- Spiccate capacità di pensiero strategico, di intraprendenza e di pianificazione per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali e il programma globale per i clienti
- Esperienza e capacità avanzate di vendita e di sviluppo/acquisizione del business, nonché spiccate capacità analitiche e orientate alla soluzione
- Metodologia Callenger per personalizzare i nuovi processi e la creazione di valore, Comunicazione efficace con i clienti e con i gruppi aziendali Flowserve a vari livelli organizzativi
- Preferibile laurea in ingegneria o amministrazione aziendale o quindici anni di esperienza e/o formazione in materia; o una combinazione equivalente di istruzione ed esperienza
