Overview Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as an External Sales Representative in the manufacturing industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the Western Cape region.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customersIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the Western Cape regionConduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customersPrepare and submit sales reports and forecasts on a regular basisCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and servicesStay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products in the marketAttend industry events, tradeshows, and customer meetings as required Requirements: A Technical Qualification and 3+ years of proven sales experience in a technical fieldMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be willing to travelKnowledge of the abrasive industry would be an advantageFully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (Verbal and Written)Live within a 20 – 30 km radius of Cape TownCRM Management, Call Planning, and Sales ReportingStrong Negotiation SkillsMust be MS Office literate (Intermediate to Advanced)Resilient, resourceful personality/character.
