  • Blasting Certificate of Competency
  • Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency
  • Valid First Aid Certificate
  • At least 5 years working experience as a Mechanised Shift Supervisor
  • Good communication skills in English

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning and management of crews.
  • Equipment availability to ensure production targets are met.
  • Compliance with Mine Health and Safety policy and practices of the company.
  • Effective operational management.
