Mine Overseer

**Role Requirements**
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Blasting Certificate of Competency
- Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- At least 5 years working experience as a Mechanised Shift Supervisor
- Good communication skills in English

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Planning and management of crews.
- Equipment availability to ensure production targets are met.
- Compliance with Mine Health and Safety policy and practices of the company.
- Effective operational management.
