Junior Account Manager
BVNK was founded to fill an important gap in the cryptocurrency market.

The growth of the crypto market has almost entirely been driven by retail investors and only recently have institutional investors come to the table, however this has led to a huge gap in the market where solutions are designed for small retail investors and large institutions but not the mid-market corporate that wants to take advantage of digital assets.

We've built a banking and payments platform powered by digital assets, designed for global businesses.

BVNK allows corporates to send and accept both local and cross border payments, earn high yield on crypto assets held on the platform, and access crypto markets via our trading platform and/or OTC desk.




FUNCTION:
Operational

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client research and prepare for meetings, analyzing the business models, client corporate charts, and linked entities.
  • Attend and participate in client meetings, gauge product interest, and pitch potential solutions and deals with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain uptodate knowledge of jurisdictional requirements.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and crossselling opportunities, analyzing client needs and researching industry trends.
  • Perform adhoc tasks as needed, including relationship management, onboarding new entities or subsidiaries, and updating Salesforce records.
  • Report on portfolio performance to management using Quicksight and Salesforce, tracking growth, churn, and other relevant metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source required client information and develop strategy solutions when challenges arise.
  • Participate in team strategy discussions, account delegation, and weekly planning, as well as ongoing training.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Quicksight preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • A team player with a proactive approach to relationship management.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in payments, fintech, high risk industry.

Desired Skills And Experience
Experience - 1-3 year customer service industry / 1-3 year account management experience.
Track record - successful track record for managing relationships and maintaining business relations. Experienced in successfully managing multiple projects at the same time.
Data driven.
