Minimum Requirements

  • Clear criminal record
  • Sound knowledge of TMS and Audatex.
  • Minimum of 10 years working experience as a vehicle estimator in the auto body repair industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience with all major insurance portals.
  • Previous experience as a qualified artisan in the auto body repair industry.
  • Possess knowledge of the different vehicle parts and repair/replace times (body, chassis, mechanical and electrical).
  • High level of communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Key Performance Areas

  • Provide accurate quotations efficiently to clients and insurance assessors.
  • Keep clients and assessors up to date on the status of the vehicle.
  • Inspect vehicles during the repair process and advise clients and assessors of additionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs and customer communications.
  • Update insurance portals daily.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.

R10, R40,000.00 per month
