Technical Client Services Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary interface for clients
- Ensure effective service delivery and contract profitability for client contracts
- Continuously engage with the platform and various other business changes and features to remain up to date with the product
- Schedule and run all management review meetings, and ensure all processes and documentation are in place
- Manage Service Delivery and Improvement Plans and reporting processes
- Escalation management and Reporting
- Using a professional and client centric approach in resolving issues to ensure a positive experience
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved and that resolutions offered are viable
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and collaborate with other teams to optimise business processes and achieve overall company objectives
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be preferred
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the ICT field
- Tech savvy and analytical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
