Position Overview: Administration Clerk

We are currently looking for a dedicated Administration Clerk to join our team. The role requires a strong foundation in administration and customer service.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Completion of Grade 12 with substantial experience in customer service.
  • Possessing a tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 will be an added benefit.
  • Experienced in catering to client needs and providing focused services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and numerical tasks.
  • Strong capabilities in both written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness to work extra hours, including weekends and overtime, is essential.
  • Employees working in Mobile Units should be prepared for varying weather conditions.
  • Priority will be given to candidates residing in the local community where the job is based.
