We are looking for a CEO within our SaaS Software environment. Do you get a kick to see something cool evolve out of chaos? Then this is the job for you

We are accepting applications for the next two months and we fill the open position as soon as we've found the right candidate.

About The Position
SaaS Software CEO
As the SaaS Software CEO you will be responsible for the performance of the entire product/service. This means you'll have to work across all the disciplines required to run a product. You excel at dealing with unexpected challenges and guiding the teams around them.
You'll work in a fast-paced, and ever-changing environment where you can really add value.

This is what that looks like:
Strategy & Organisation
You work on figuring out the optimal value proposition and product positioning.
Product

You work with designers and developers to create the best possible product that delivers the value proposition to the market.

You hand-on test the product as much as often to be sure what we deliver is awesome.
Reach
This is where we promote the product/service. You work with the copywriter and manage the campaigns. You live for the metrics and make data based decisions.
Convert
Closing the deal. You also close deals yourself because you want to be in touch with the market we're working on.
Engage
This is where we deliver the product/service to the customer. You make sure they get to the 'Aha'-moment as soon as possible. You watch the retention and engagement metrics all the time.
We use the product/market-fit model to tweak the product and learn how to create optimal product/market fit.
About Tolq

Tolq wants to eliminate language borders and to do that we've built a lot of technology that makes it easier for companies to translate their content.

Our clients range from MediaMarkt to Belvilla and many others.
We are remote-first and local in The Hague.

You master the English languageYou have excellent communication skillsYou can handle a fast-paced, ever-changing, and deadline-driven environmentYou are driven, enthusiastic and have a sense of humorYour command of modern web tools like Google Docs and comparable systems is greatUnderstanding of Lean Startup methodologyDeep understanding of Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Design and Testing Business IdeasUnderstanding of product design, online marketing, metrics and all the little tools required to run a successful product
Experience
We love self-taught internet junkies who simply love making good products. We don't care much about the rest
