We are looking for an ambitious Procurement Manager who will take the lead for our procurement team and be responsible for providing commercial and sourcing support to the group, with specific focus on sourcing of suppliers and procurement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Purchasing Management/ Supply Chain Management or relevant Legal or Financial discipline
  • 46 years procurement management experience in related field
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, particularly in the mining industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of procurement policies and compliance, including Mining Charter requirements.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
  • Familiarity with RFQ and tender processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen for effective budget management.
  • Proficiency in sourcing systems and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
