Define relevant deliverables that form part of the delivery of the PACE strategy:

  • Reference Architecture needs to be defined in context of strategy. Detailed design outlining architecture model/design pattern and operations to be established per process design onsite and in cloud.
  • Solution architecture to be designed, tested and implementation ready in support of the programme as well as existing incountry use cases.
  • Design for the technology implementation to be incorporated into the group framework agreement contract that will flow from the solution request for proposal process.
  • Roadmaps to provide work packages to enable planning of deployment projects in client operating companies (Opcos) for 202
  • Operational capability building SLA or job descriptions as relevant to be included.

ASPIRE ARCHITECTURE DELIVERABLES
Insider Threat

  • This initiative will deliver a reference architecture for insider threat security capability. The core business process supported by this is insider threat management, inclusive of vendor and staff disciplinary process impacts
  • This initiative will deliver the core business process and requirement supported by insider threat capability, inclusive of vendor and staff disciplinary process impacts
  • Provide key requirement to be incorporated into a request for proposal (RFP), plus budget guideline.

SIEM

  • This initiative will deliver a review of the current
    SIEM capability, position the gaps and draft a target reference architecture for
    SIEM.
  • Deliver the core business process and requirement and requirement to be incorporated into a request for proposal.
Vulnerability management refresh

  • This initiative will deliver a review of the current vulnerability management capability, position the gaps and draft a target reference architecture.
  • Deliver the core business process and requirement and requirement to be incorporated into a request for proposal
EVA 3.0

  • Validation of security requirement, assurance of compliance of the data analytics platform enablement in the cloud (azure, GCP)
M365 E5 enhanced information security.

  • Definition of business requirements and solution architecture for enablement of Microsoft 365 information barriers, communication compliance, data lifecycle management, eDiscovery and Information protection.
Endpoint Security Standard

  • To be reviewed considering changes per Stream 3/endpoint Marshall plan. Collapse Desktop security standard.
Messaging Security Standard (review)

  • Review and updated considering DMARC capability enablement.
Database Security Standard

  • To be reviewed considering subsequent TSS and cloud DB PaaS.
Operating System Security Standard

  • To be reviewed considering subsequent TSS
Desktop Security Standard

  • To be reviewed considering consolidation across standards
Open RAN/vRAN Security Standard

  • Develop a security standard using industry best practices and regulatory bodies as the reference (GSMA, ENISA, O-RAN alliance, etc)
Low Earth Orbiting (LEO) Security Standard

  • Develop a security standard using industry best practices and regulatory bodies as the reference (GSMA, ENISA, 3GPP, etc)

SD-WAN + IP:
MPLS Security Reference Architecture

  • This initiative will deliver a reference architecture for the SD-WAN with the focus being on Security. The deliverable will describe how security is overlayed on the SD-WAN architecture and the IP backbone network.
Application Security Standard / Devsecops Guideline

  • Documents to be reviewed consideration to be merged with current Devsecops Guideline
Software Bill of Materials Reference Architecture

Capability Model Refresh
