Conduct rigorous quality checks according to work instructions to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Oversee QCP document hold points.
Raise non-conformances promptly with QC, documenting and addressing quality issues.

Propose and implement solutions to streamline quality issues and assembly time, incorporating the use of jigs and fixtures and procedures/ methodsContinuously assess and improve assembly processes (work instructions) for efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate closely with the Production Planning Team to align assembly schedules with component preparation, ensuring timely availability of components.
Communicate with Stores to ensure accurate and adequate preparation of components required for the assembly process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
