Main Purpose: We are looking for a skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Project Manager with Business Analysis expertise. This position requires a strong background in project management and business analysis. The ideal candidate will lead and manage projects from start to finish, while actively contributing to business analysis activities to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business goals.Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Project Management
  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structure, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address risks and issues proactively.
  • Manage project documentation, including charters, status reports, and change requests.
Business Analysis
  • Perform business analysis activities to understand and document requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis to elicit and validate requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure feasibility.
  • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to support project planning.
Requirement Management
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and clarification sessions with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain requirements documentation, including BRDs, use cases, and process flows.
  • Analyze and verify requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage requirements changes and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular project updates.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive project success.
Quality Assurance Testing
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for project deliverables.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing activities to validate solutions.
  • Perform defect management and post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
Educational requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex projects.
Experience:
  • Knowledge of business analysis frameworks, such as BABOK or IIBA certifications, preferred.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification desirable.
  • Experience in software development projects or IT implementations advantageous.
Requirements:
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
