Job Description:

  • Design and implement Network infrastructure solutions for operational technology (OT) systems.
  • Collaborate with OT and IT teams to ensure secure and reliable OT networking infrastructure.
  • Understand and manage OT risks and capability gaps.
  • Configure and maintain OT networking devices, and firewall systems.
  • Monitor and optimise OT network infrastructure performance for operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate technical support for OT network infrastructurerelated issues.
  • Conduct development and maintenance of documentation for OT infrastructure configurations and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate qualification (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in the relevant IM discipline.

Technical Knowledge:

  • ITIL certification and solid understanding of ITIL processes
  • Local conditions.
  • Business Unit plans and initiatives.
  • Global Infrastructure services, toolsets, compliance and standards.
  • Outsourced team management to ensure effective resource utilisation across the portfolio.

Technical Skills:

  • To Deliver a portfolio of IM services to a defined client base
  • Hold vendors to account on SLA indicators
  • Liaise with solutions design and architecture to make sure that roadmaps are followed and services are introduced with excellence
  • Analyse and identify risk root causes and quantify potential business impact
  • Engage with key stakeholders and understand their process requirements
  • Implement bestfit solutions to meet stakeholder requirements and contribute to IM process enhancements
  • Perform continuous monitoring reviews and measure defined quality and quantity indicators
  • Interpret policy and explain why work needs to be completed in a particular manner
  • Explain how a particular process task needs to be fulfilled
  • Assign and reassign work to ensure that outputs and the elimination of waste
  • Participate in business initiatives/projects and the different processes involved
