Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven track record in insurance sales, financial services, or broking.
  • Valid insurance industry certification or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated, targetdriven, and a gogetter attitude.
  • Knowledge of insurtech and digital platforms is a plus.
