- Valid insurance industry certification or the willingness to obtain one.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a go-getter attitude.
- Knowledge of insurtech and digital platforms is a plus.
