NUY Winery, situated just outside of Worcestor in the scenic NUY Valley, has an exciting opportunity for a well-experienced Winemaker with an excellent winemaking track record, strong Leadership skills and the ability to lead the cellar operational team in producing world class, award-winning bulk and bottle wines.

This position of Cellar Master will report to the CEO and will be the supporting the execution of the vision through production of wines.


Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • A relevant qualification in Viticulture and Oenology;
  • At least 10 years' managerial winemaking experience;
  • Experience as a Seasoned Winemaker both bulk and bottle will be advantageous;
  • A proven trackrecord with previous awardwinning wines will be beneficial;
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel required, Pastel beneficial);

Commencement date:
As soon as possible. This position includes housing on the Cellar premises.
