Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative/Cold Caller at AmaNdelu Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base.
You will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients, introducing our services, and securing new business opportunities.
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for digital marketing to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce AmaNdelu Media's digital marketing services and solutions.
Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and effective communication to understand their marketing needs and challenges.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, keeping accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize outreach efforts, sharing insights and feedback to improve conversion rates.
Customize sales pitches and presentations to effectively showcase AmaNdelu Media's value proposition and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales prospecting and conversion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
Strong track record of success in cold calling, lead generation, and business development.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.Benefits:
