  • Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices and financial principals.

  • Strong verbal, numerical, and written communication skills.
  • Strong process, planning, organizing, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Computer skills including Word and Excel.
  • Time management.
  • Detailoriented (strong attention to detail), goaloriented, and taskdriven.
  • Ability to multitask and to work without supervision.
  • Reliability and honesty
