Job responsibilities:

  • General front desk / receptionist administrative duties including:
  • Answering telephones and taking accurate messages
  • Cashiering responsiblities
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Follow up with service providers and clients
  • Inventory management and stock take
  • Process invoices from orders
  • Prepare quotes / invoices for all clients
  • Print courier labels and ensure manifest is ready for collection
  • Resolve issues with suppliers
  • Arrange courier collections and ensure deliveries
  • Ensure all orders and queries are handled / processed on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication skills Afrikaans and English
  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Professionalism

Qualifications / Experience required:

  • Minimum matric
  • Previous administrative and PA experience beneficial

Hours
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Salary
Basic R R10 000
