Job responsibilities:
- General front desk / receptionist administrative duties including:
- Answering telephones and taking accurate messages
- Cashiering responsiblities
- Scheduling appointments
- Follow up with service providers and clients
- Inventory management and stock take
- Process invoices from orders
- Prepare quotes / invoices for all clients
- Print courier labels and ensure manifest is ready for collection
- Resolve issues with suppliers
- Arrange courier collections and ensure deliveries
- Ensure all orders and queries are handled / processed on a daily basis
- Excellent communication skills Afrikaans and English
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Professionalism
- Exceptional organisational skills

- Computer literate
Qualifications / Experience required:
- Minimum matric
- Previous administrative and PA experience beneficial

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
