A busy Physiotherapy Practice requires a Reception Administrator with a professional approach, who enjoys interacting with people.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Welcoming and registering patients
  • Loading patients onto the system and creating invoices
  • Processing and recording payment and sending of statements
  • Completing the Patient Register
  • Rebooking patients
  • Answering the phone and providing information
  • Scanning and filing patient registration forms
  • Running the cash register for cash payments
  • General running of the Practice: correspondence with patients, doctors and suppliers
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming Reception Area
  • Assistance with the day to day running of the Practice as directed
  • Stock check and ordering of supplies
  • General upkeep of the Practice: changing linen, keeping the kitchen and store room tidy
  • Carrying out these duties in a friendly and courteous manner as you are the ambassador and first point of contact at the Practice.
  • Further tasks required for general running of the Practice will be discussed.
