Responsibilities:

INTERNAL SALES - ADMINISTRATION

1.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

2.

Order Processing:
Efficiently process sales orders, manage order documentation, and coordinate with relevant departments for timely fulfilment.

3.

Sales Support:
Provide support to the sales team by generating quotes, preparing proposals, and assisting in presentations to potential clients.

4.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Accurately enter customer information, sales activities, and other relevant data into the company's CRM system.

5.

Communication:

Liaise with internal teams, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth coordination and resolve any issues that may arise.

6.

Inventory Management:
Monitor and communicate inventory levels, assisting in maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.

7.

Reporting:
Generate regular reports on sales activities, trends, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.

8.

Administrative Tasks:
Handle various administrative duties, including filing, organizing documentation, and managing office supplies related to the sales department.

9.

Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain a positive customer experience.

10.

Sales Outreach:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads, follow up on enquiries, and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
