Requirements:

  • National Diploma or First Degree in Human Resources Management
or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the full HR value chain
with Job Evaluation being the primary focus.

  • Exceptional Written and oral Communication skills.
  • Demonstrable Client Service Orientation.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Computer literacy MS Office (SAP proficiency advantageous).
Key Performance Areas

  • Conducting research and collecting data regarding job
descriptions, organizational structures and job comparisons in order

to support the senior/ specialist/ generalist/ manager to achieve

service delivery of the Corporate Job Evaluation Section.

  • Assisting with and providing support to formulate conclusions and
recommendations regarding job evaluation and the use of the TASK

job evaluation system.

  • Participating in the facilitation of job evaluation, project
- and

process development, together with more senior professional officers.

  • Communicating professional knowledge of the job evaluation
functional area as well as results of research and investigations to

internal clients and colleagues both verbally and in the form of

written reports.

  • Assisting with and facilitating the use of services and systems of the
Job Evaluation Section/Remuneration Branch to ensure that legal

and other requirements are complied with.

  • Rendering of Job evaluation administrative and operational support
(incl. SAP workflow system) to facilitate and support the effective

functioning of the Corporate Job Evaluation Section, i.e. Attending to

enquiries, Drafting job descriptions/memo's/correspondence and

reports, etc.
