There is a Position available in Durban for an experienced Bond Store Controller to ensure the effective and efficient administration and control of bonded warehouse activities.
Expected duties:
Assigning and releasing of all bonded orders. Capturing and managing Voucher of Corrections. Co-ordinating and controlling the movement of bonded stock. Reconciliation of Bond pages. Ensure that the Bill of Entry numbers are timeously captured.
Closing and deactivating bond pages. Prepare monthly Bond page balance summary schedule. Prepare monthly Bond Page aging analysis.
Minimum requirements for this position are as follows: Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Demonstrate effective external and internal relationship management. Proven conflict resolution and good leadership qualities. Able to communicate effectively at all levels. Able to identify and solve problems in a logical/organized manner. High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality. Work independently and with limited supervision. Able to pay attention to detail and display high levels of accuracy. Minimum 3 years' experience with Bonded warehousing and Customs. Excellent with Microsoft Office.
Basic salary on offer:
R to R negotiable depending on experience.
