  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
    • Create and oversee project plans and schedules.
    • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of project outputs according to the plan.
    • Conduct regular project meetings to communicate objectives, track progress, and promote collaboration.
    • Supervise production progress to meet timelines.
    • Coordinate spare parts projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
    • Provide project progress updates to customers.
  • Project Scope Management
    • Meet client requirements and uphold contractual agreements.
    • Monitor UN Procurement Portal.
    • Manage Amentum PAE spare needs.
    • Oversee shipment of spares locally and internationally.
    • Ensure compliance with export regulations and requirements.
    • Stay updated on global requirements and trends.
  • Project Cost Management
    • Manage project budget effectively.
    • Secure follow-on orders and new business opportunities.
    • Handle invoicing and customer payments.
    • Compile overall project budget including income and expenditure.
    • Authorize project orders and report budget deviations.
    • Manage cash flow and project profitability.
  • Project Procurement
    • Collaborate with procurement department throughout projects.
    • Ensure procurement and production requirements are monitored and documented.
  • Project Risk Management
    • Identify and manage risks within projects.
    • Implement timely risk mitigation strategies.
    • Analyze risks to identify trends.
  • Project Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients.
    • Handle spare parts codification from Clients.
    • Prepare spare parts costing and proposals.
    • Manage product support costing and proposals.
