The Production Lead will be responsible for planning and executing production jobs, working closely with various departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to clients.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Reviewing and understanding product technical specifications

Planning: Creating a product realization plan and producing detailed work instructions

  • Constantly following up on production job progress

Execution: Managing all production activities within set constraints

  • Testing products in line with company policies and standards
  • Commissioning products before delivery
  • Completing all relevant documentation on time

Packing and Shipping: Ensuring safe packaging and assisting with shipping arrangements

  • Liaising with Design Department
  • Working in compliance with the company's Integrated Management System
  • Finalizing costs, documentation, and supplier certificates
  • Using ERP system for production

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • High technical competency
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ERP software
  • Proactive nature in job prioritization
  • Understanding of relevant codes and ISO standards
  • Report writing skills
  • Effective communication and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented and reliable work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Availability for overtime and occasional international travel
