Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry will be advantageous.
  • Must reside in close proximity to Helderberg Industrial

Experience/responsibilities:

  • Processing and reconcile bank
  • Prepare daily cashflows
  • Reconciling fuel/debit cards
  • Overview debtors and creditors,
  • Scrutinize General Ledger and review manufacturing
  • Prepare monthly management account, stock reports
  • Prepare and review Imports
  • Reconcile VAT and submit VAT 201 on efiling
  • Prepare monthly payroll and submit EMP201 and EMP50
  • WCA returns Annually
  • Prepare Annual Financial Statement
  • Prepare Trial Balance
  • Forecast for Provisional Tax
  • Management reports
  • Annual budgets
  • Manage finance department
  • Ensure efficient functioning of accounting package
