Job Purpose:


As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will report to our Facilities Manager and play a crucial role in maintaining the facilities and equipment at our manufacturing plant.

Leveraging your technical skills and attention to detail, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment for our employees.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Repair and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, including HVAC systems, lighting, and machinery.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with facility improvements and renovations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with emergency response procedures and protocols as needed.
  • Support other departments with facilityrelated tasks and projects as assigned.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical skills with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy lifting and bending.
