E-commerce Picker and Packer Supervisor (Based in the Winelands)


Kendrick Recruitment is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic E-commerce team in the scenic Winelands region.

Our client, a renowned organization, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to supervise their E-commerce Picker and Packer team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.


Requirements:

Completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12).
Proven experience (3+ years) in E-commerce order fulfillment, picking, and packing.
Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the E-commerce Picker and Packer team, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards.
Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring quality checks are performed.
Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels and resolve discrepancies.
Generate and affix shipping labels, ensuring proper packaging for secure transit.
Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule timely shipments.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints related to E-commerce orders professionally and promptly.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to optimize workflow.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
