Your role:
Our Collaboration Leads are the main point of contact for clients.

Managing, onboarding and supporting clients on a day-to-day basis, analysing and interpreting data to best meet the client's objectives and engaging the team around you to deliver on client projects.

The individual we are looking for must have 5+ years research experience, heaps of ambition, passion for technology and lots and lots of energy.


Key responsibilities:
As Collaboration Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
Manage existing client relationships, retention and renewal processes, ensuring we are highly organised and set up for successWork collaboratively with the Community and Research Teams to ensure activity is scoped and delivered on time and to a high standardDrive existing client expansion revenues through building strong client relationships/networks and proactively seeking-out incremental revenues (new brands, teams and markets)

Manage new client pilot activity setting clear KPI's and defining a path for conversion to annual contractInstil a more commercial focus based around core metrics of retention, expansion and satisfaction and introduce greater organisation and rigour (e.g. quarterly account planning and reviews)Support CCO and CEO with new business pitches, running Platform demos, assisting the preparation of proposal and RFI/RFP responses, joining the tail of the sales cycles for smooth transitionManage and track customer health KPI'sResponsible for managing a range of fast paced research projects – across multiple international locationsAct as main point of contact for the client on practical issues through the life of the projectManagement of project teams in order to meet project management and research objectivesWrite persuasive research proposals - propose and justify methodology and costPreparation of presentations to a high standard requiring little or no input from senior managementAbility to present findings to clients at a high level with strategic recommendationsDevelop and maintain positive team performance and attitudeWhat we are looking for:
Qualifications and technical skills required Educated to at least degree level or equivalent in marketing, business or psychology5+ years account management, customer success, insight or research experiencePrevious experience working with FMCG companies and brandsGood appreciation/understanding of marketing and client issuesSelf-motivated with a drive to deliver value for customersAbility to work independently as well as in a teamExcellent communication skills and command of English, both written and spokenAbility to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlinesAbility to plan ahead, multitask and drive solutions around related aspects of your roleExcellent analytical skillsCommercially focusedProven track record in delivering visually appealing presentationsGenuine curiosity and energy in your chosen field, we value self motivated individualsAbility to build relationships across departments, suppliers and clientsTeamwork: Candidates should possess the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team
