The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing our marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Develop, manage and localize marketing campaigns/assets across all channels, including social media, email, digital advertising, and events.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and collateral that support the sales process and generate relevant leads.
  4. Collaborate with product and commercial teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  5. Liaise with corporate and in-country Brand Marketing and Lead Generation teams across the Alpha ESS organization to establish benchmarks and leverage successful initiatives within the US market.
  6. Build and lead a high-performing marketing team that includes digital marketing, product marketing, content marketing, and marketing analytic.
  7. Manage the local and corporate marketing budgets related to US sales and marketing and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, influence, and media outlets.
  9. Measure and analyze marketing performance and report on key metrics to the executive team.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or an MBA preferred.
  2. 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  3. Experience in the solar and storage industry or a related field is highly preferred.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  7. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
