- Relevant General Nursing qualification
- Post Graduate Critical Care qualification (will be advantageous)
- Valid SANC Registration
- Experience working in ICU
- Ventilator competent (experienced or trained)
- Ability to function independently or within a team Key Outputs
- Provide good quality patient care according to RN scope of practice
- Contributes positively to the holistic care of patients
- Effective at risk management and prevention
- Participate in Ward quality improvement programme
- Effective communication with patients regarding their care plan
