FINANCE Claims Administrator - Public Liability

Requirements:

  • A relevant Law diploma or degree with knowledge in the field of
Law of Delict.

  • ACII / AIISA / FCII / FIISA membership would be advantageous
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience.
Key Performance Areas

  • Register public liability claims and complying with best practices
  • Effectively handle public liability claims including litigious matters
  • Evaluate the merits and quantum of claims in terms of liability and
the general insurance policy wording.

  • Proactively manage claims status within delegated authority
  • Collaborate with legal services, external legal teams and
directorates in respect of litigious claims.

  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders in the
working environment.
